Client: Stortnok AS (formerly known as Stimi Development)

Industry: Property Development

Location: Valdres, Norway

Stortnok is a Norwegian residential housing development (see previous work: Brand Stortnok and Stortnok Residential Development Website) and now, the new corporate identity of Stortnok’s parent company Stimi Development.

After the successful launch of the Stortnok residential project in Valdres, property developers Stimi chose to adopt the project’s branding across all corporate communications.

Stimi, now known as Stortnok AS, tasked us with re-developing their website to reflect this new identity, pivoting the brand from a singular project focus to represent their entire portfolio of work.

What We Did

  • Website Design
  • Content Strategy
  • Copywriting and Image sourcing
  • Website Development

Challenge

To overhaul Stortnok’s existing website, ensuring its aesthetic and content appealed to a completely new audience of prospective investors and partners.

The site needed to retain its modern feel and position Stortnok as an innovative, ambitious, and creative new property developer within the industry.

Approach

The site was re-designed from the ground up, with a complete overhaul of the navigation and UX, as well as visual and written content. The site’s purpose is no longer to market properties to potential buyers, but to inform and influence prospective partners and investors. Content was scaled back and the site is presented as a single scrolling page with parallax text and visuals.

Results

We produced a modern and engaging website that provides clear information on Stortnok’s expertise, emphasising their core values of minimalism, inclusivity and quality. The new site was instrumental in helping the business secure funding and investment for new projects and continues to be a source of enquiry from prospective partners.

“As the vision for our business grew, we needed a revised website to help re-position our brand within the industry, to appeal to new investors and attract interest from partners. We engaged The Curious Few to redevelop our site and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Their insider knowledge from the architectural field sets them apart from other digital agencies and we look forward to working on many future projects together.”
